      FACIAL ROLLER & GUA SHA TOOLS

1. Which colour should I get? Is there a difference between the Jade, White Jade & Rose Quartz?
   
   Customers typically their products according to their colour preference, or according to their affinity to different stones or crystals.
   
   At Bloom & Glo we do focus on educating you around the physical benefits of these wonderful products. They both help significantly with facial lymphatic drainage, increasing the skin's blood circulation, therefore improving overall complexion when regularly used. 
   
   
2. What is the difference between the Facial Roller & the Gua Sha Tool?
   
   The Gua Sha tool works great as a firm "massaging tool" to reduce puffiness, sculpt & to help with facial lymphatic drainage. You will see a natural flush to your cheeks while using the tool - it is a sign of healthy blood flow to the skin! It also assists greatly with releasing headaches resulting from facial / jaw tension - the perfect solution for those who suffer from grinding their teeth in their sleep.
   
   The Facial Roller is a beautiful "relaxing tool" that can cool, calm & depuff the skin (thanks to the natural stone/crystal's ability to keep cool!). It also works nicely as a follow up after massaging with the Gua Sha. Use this with your skincare products and you will find that your creams / oils will absorb into the skin much quicker.
   
   At Bloom & Glo we recommend that you start your routine with the Gua Sha tool to relax the facial muscles with a beautiful massage, then follow up with the Facial Roller afterwards. 
   
   
3. How do I use my Facial Roller & Gua Sha Tool, and how often (day or night)?
   
   We've made super simple "How-To" video tutorials for you here! 
   This is entirely up to you! You can use them both as much as you like, day and/or night.
   You can start your routine with the Gua Sha tool (alongside your fav facial oil or cream) to help with reducing puffiness & promoting blood circulation. Your face will feel so relaxed after.
   
   Then, follow up with the Facial Roller as it works to cool the skin down after the Gua Sha massage.
   
   
4. How do I clean & store my Facial Roller & Gua Sha Tool? 
   
   After each use, wipe the surface of the Jade / Rose Quartz down with warm, water and a soft cloth. We do not recommend rinsing the Facial Roller under water as the metal handles should not come in contact with water - this is to ensure longevity of the tools. 
   
   
5. Do I need to put my Facial Roller & Gua Sha Tool in the fridge?
   
   You don't need to as they work perfectly in room temperature - but it is highly recommended for that extra cooling effect to help with depuffing! We recommend leaving the tools in the fridge for at least an hour.
   
   
6. Can I mix & match the colours of the Facial Roller & Gua Sha Set?
   
   Unfortunately not - however we recommend buying both sets, you can always mix this up and gift the other set to a friend!  

     
LED MASK

1. Is it portable or does it need to be plugged in to work?
   It comes with a remote control and a power chord and will need to stay plugged in to both to work. 
   
   
2. How many different colour light options are there?
   There are 7 different colour light options - Red, green, blue, yellow, purple, cyan and white. 
   
   
3. Is there a timer linked to the mask?
   Yes one of the settings on the mask allows you to set the mask for 5, 10, 15 or 20 mins. This allows you to relax and the mask LED lights will turn off once that time is reached. 
   
   
4. What are the benefits of an LED mask?
   We always recommend our customers do their own research as to the benefits for our products for their particular case. however we have found that LED lights have been used in therapy treatments for many years. They help with skin rejuvenation, reduction of pigmentation and fine lines and encourage collagen production. By investing in your own mask you are able to reduce cost of visiting a therapist and you are able to enjoy the mask in your own home at a convenient time for you.
   
   
5. How often should you use an LED Mask?
   
   We recommend using the LED mask even for 5 mins to start with and using it a few times per week. As the benefits of LED mask usage are after consistent use, we would recommend many short sessions rather than occasional long sessions. 
   
   We suggest a time frame of 5 mins, 3 times per week and trying to keep that as an ongoing ritual to start with.
