HOW TO USE
- Plug the USB connector at the end of the wire of your mask.
- Clean your face and wait until it dries. (This makes it easier for light to penetrate your skin).
- Check your background noise and try to minimise any potential for noise or distraction. Chose a meditation track from our collection or chose some of your own personal music to listen to.
- Set your timer for the desired length of time - we recommend up to 20 minutes three times a week.
- Put on your Mask . Make sure that you wear it comfortably and it is sitting in the most comfortable place for you to sit still.
- Turn on your Mask and you will see tinge of red light covering the whole mask.
- If you prefer an alternate colour, you can also change different colors with the remote control until you have selected your desired colour.
